I honestly only picked up this book because of the name. The man I love goes by the name Raven, so just about anything to do with ravens catches my interest. I was shocked to find myself swept away into the plot, and emotions of this book and discovred myself obsessively checking the mailbox to see if my newest copy was in yet. This is the first time I've purchaced anime books, and I'm already looking at ordering book 8. I give the author a round of applause for her masterpiece.

Black bird is a wonderful manga. I really enjoyed it. So much, that I bought the box set. I love this set of manga.
Love the book
love this book. its more like for teens and adults so keep a way from kids. Be sides that its a relly good book it makes you wonder whats going to hap in next.
The story is well thought out it is not one dimensional. As an example of this, when they reunited it was not ah oh it's you they fought to keep their feelings alive kyo particularly in the first book. Misao does the same thing through out the rest of the story. They earned that happy ending
I really like this story line it keeps you interested the entire time. I have read all of the available volume and started to buy them because it's one of my favorites.
I was never into manga or anime, but this series is great! I'm all the way on book 5 and love the story and characters. This is not a series where you can pick up one book and call it a day. The author is awesome at developing the story and keeping you guessing. Each book leaves you wanting more!
Wonderful world of magic and mystery. Poor Misao. She is doomed to life of hardship, but there is somewhat of a knight in shining armor. Or is it all just a lie?
